Costumes are issued on a hire basis. Costumes are organized and handed out when classes are settled in terms 2 & 3. This enables the costume hire to be highly organized for both the studio and parent. 2 costumes are handed out in term 2 so a costume levy will accompany term 2 fees. The remaining costume levy is collected in term 3. Most students are in 3 items for the concert. This is a system that works well and is as hassle free as possible for parents.
